//NICKI ROWLAND - PURPOSE OVER PROFIT E53

This week we welcome Nicki Rowland to the Dentology podcast.

Nicki is a well-known face and voice in dentistry and is co-founder of The Exceptional Leadership Academy (ELA), a consultancy and training organisation that supports dental businesses to thrive and grow.
